Commission Disclosure

We do not charge you a fee. We are paid a commission by the fund house when you invest through us.
This page explains how that works and the commissions we receive.

A Regular Plan involves payment of commission to the mutual fund distributor. The Direct Plan of the same scheme has no distributor commission and a lower expense ratio; you can invest in it directly with the fund house

How commissions work on mutual funds

We help clients invest only in Regular Plans. Our commission is part of the scheme’s expense ratio – you never receive a separate bill.

Trail commission only

A percentage per year of the value of your investment, paid by the fund house out of the scheme’s expense ratio.

No upfront commission

We do not receive any upfront or advance commission.

No transaction charges

SEBI abolished transaction charges in 2025. The full amount (except STT and GST) you invest goes into the scheme.

Nothing on our own money

We do not receive commission on our own investments.

Mutual fund distributor commission is the compensation paid by a mutual fund house to a distributor for investments made through a Regular Plan.
